The YMM Passenger of the Month (“Contest”) is organized by the Fort McMurray Airport Authority (“Organizer”) to recognize and reward customers for their loyalty and support. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

The Contest is open to all customers of the Fort McMurray International Airport. Employees of Team YMM are not eligible to participate.

Contest Timeline: Entries will be accepted monthly, with one winner selected each month. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.

Prizes: YMM gift pack valued at $50, and shoutout in the YMM Check-In, monthly newsletter. (Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.)

Submission Guidelines: All entries must be original and the sole property of the participant. By entering, participants grant the Organizer the right to use their submitted photos and statements for promotional purposes.

General Conditions: The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is deemed inappropriate. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent participants from entering the Contest.

Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective employees from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or the acceptance of any prize.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.

Changes to the Contest: The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
