FMAA may modify the Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms. Access and Use of the Site
Subject to the Terms, FMAA grants you a limited licence to access and use the Site, including to display, copy, distribute and download its content, for your personal non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the Site, its content or any copyright or other proprietary notices.
In the event that you breach any of the Terms, this licence will terminate automatically. Upon termination, you agree to immediately destroy all copies of any content in your possession. You acknowledge and agree that FMAA has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site for any reason.
Unauthorized use of the Site or any content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity and communications regulations and statutes.

You agree to indemnify and hold FMAA, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable solicitor’s fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site. If any part of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in effect. No delay or omission by FMAA to exercise any right occurring upon any non-compliance on your part with respect to any of the Terms shall impair any such right or power or be construed to be a waiver thereof.
