Event Space

The Fort McMurray International Airport (YMM) has rooms and spaces available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Community businesses and organizations are welcome to rent our spaces. Non-profits are invited to use our spaces at no cost. Each below option is well-appointed with everything needed to hold successful and effective meetings, seminars, workshops and classes.

Boardroom

Capacity: 20 people with additional 10-15 seats
Pricing: $500 + GST / full day & $300 + GST / half day

Small Meeting Room

Capacity: 6-10 people
Pricing: $300 + GST / full day & $200 + GST / half day

Observation Area

Capacity: 200 people (standing) 50 people (seated)
Pricing: $1000 + GST / full day & $600 + GST / half day
Please note: This area can be closed to the public during private events
