Danielle L’Heureux Contributes to YMM’s Passenger Experience Success
The Fort McMurray Airport Authority (FMAA) would like to thank its Airport Service Quality (ASQ) service provider Danielle L’Heureux for her outstanding efforts in compiling surveys for YMM’s passenger experience. Danielle has been providing customer data support since 2016.
“Danielle always expresses her love for the airport, our passengers and Team YMM,” said Jessica Perry, Route Development & Passenger Experience Specialist.
Originally from St. Albert, Danielle was raised in Fort McMurray. She also works at Syncrude Canada for West Canadian Digital. FMAA appreciates the great work Danielle’s done to help gain recognition for three 2022 ASQ awards.
