This page is intended to clearly communicate expectations for taxi operations on airport property, and to support fair and consistent enforcement of campus protocols. Here, drivers will find important information on operating guidelines and letters in Amharic, Arabic, French, Somali and Urdu, issued by YMM Security on behalf of the Fort McMurray Airport Authority.

General Information Letter: Overview of rules and expectations for non-contracted taxi operators
First Infraction Notice: Issued to drivers following a first violation of airport taxi protocols
Second Infraction Notice: Issued to drivers following a second violation
Ban Letter: Formal notification issued to drivers who have received multiple infractions or are no longer permitted on airport property

All documents are available in multiple languages and categorized accordingly to ensure clarity and accessibility for all drivers.

Reminder: United Class Cabs is the exclusive taxi provider authorized to use the designated passenger pick-up lanes. Unauthorized taxis may only use the Short-Term Parking Lot for pre-scheduled pick-ups and are strictly prohibited from soliciting fares on airport property.
